Welcome to a magical Christmas Eve in the Arctic Cathedral!
The Aurora Borealis choir invites you to its traditional Christmas concert on Saturday, December 5, 2026. Again this year there will be 2 concerts, at 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
This year we have the great pleasure of having the fantastic artist Tromsdalsjenta Lisa Stokke with us as a guest soloist.
This year's musicians are: Håvard Hotvedt on piano, Henrik Skog on guitar and Morten Steene on bass. The conductor is the choir's Amanda Antonsen, who also participates on saxophone.
Under the majestic glass mosaic of the Arctic Cathedral, we will offer an evening filled with goosebumps, warmth and Christmas spirit. You will hear everything from the near, dear and evocative Christmas carols to magnificent musical gems, beautifully arranged for choir and soloist.
Take a break from the Christmas rush and let the Christmas spirit descend with us.
Practical information:
• Doors open: 30 minutes before the concert starts.
• Duration: Approximately 75 minutes (without intermission).
• Wheelchair users: There is good wheelchair accessibility in the church. Please contact us in advance if you have any special needs.
